Case No. DRC 11-11  Ryan Grass/City Architecture submitted a proposal for 120 rental units configured in 22 buildings.  Each building consist of 5-6 units and a mix of one and two stories.  The development will be complete with private roads, utilities, playgrounds, community gardens, service facilities, and community building.  The property in question is located on Griffith, Martin Luther King, and Madison Ave.  Approved

Case No. DRC 11-10  Paul J. Ricciuti, FAIA (BSHM Architects) submitted a proposal to renovate the Harry Burt Building.  The property in question is located at 325 West Federal Street.  Approved
