Neighborhood Updates: Lincoln Knolls and Rocky Ridge.

Neighborhood profiles have been updated and posted for both the Rocky Ridge and Lincoln Knolls neighborhoods.

Part of the City of Youngstown's, 2010 plan was to create neighborhood profiles on each neighborhood in the city to generate familiarity between it's residents throughout Youngstown.
