CASE NO. 10-11  CT Group Homes submitted an appeal to request a review of the non-conforming status of 1406 Fifth Ave as a group home; to approve a waiver to re-establish a group home within a 2,000 ft radius of another group home.  The property in question is zoned R-A, Residence Apartment. No Quorum
